Marshall Hobbs is an educator, public administrator, and Tarrant County taxpayer who has spent years studying how government is supposed to work — and watching TAD fall short of that standard. He ran for Fort Worth City Council in 2025 and is now bringing that campaign experience and governing knowledge to the countywide race for TAD Board of Directors Place 2. His candidacy is built on one argument: the Board needs someone prepared to govern, not just attend meetings.
